After reading much on the subject, it is my impression that none of the ways work well. Most of the theories out there are about as scientific as astrology. Most financial experts recommend against dealing in foreign exchange at all. You’re more likely to lose money than gain. If you do try it, watch out for the scammers.
try http://finance.yahoo.com/currency this site allows u to view selected currency fluctuation in recent months or years. that’s not it. then check out the country’s financial news. see if there’s any speculation. such as raise of interest rates or political instability or the price of their main export. eg oil and gas. All these are crucial factors.
