I like morning european time. Somehow I do better.
The best times (as far as most volatility and action) are usually around the Tokyo, London, and New York openings.
Check this link that shows the london start and overlap session as well as new york, from london start to about 1 hour after new york open is best time to enter trades.

If you want to buy the EUR/USD the EUR must be strong or the USD weak or preferably both. If you want to sell the EUR/USD the EUR must be weak or the USD must be strong or both, This is the tool I use along with my clients in 20 countries.

Generally markets Indian Time start coming to life:
Sydney 1/2am Tokoyo 4/5am Singapore 5/6 am .
Europe Frankurt etc around 10.am to 11am
London 11/12
New York 16/15pm
Best time depends on strategy but EUR/USD will be most heavily traded during Europe/London/USA. Take note of news releases and speeches and close of main Euro and London (16.pm GMT) markets.
Its best to trade during high volatility periods or else price will be stagnant in those low hours.
Best time – London open to close to newyork open til lunch.
However, if you are a beginner. I do recommend you to trade the daily time frame, it is less riskier and you have so much time to analyse and trade the daily time frame
