you can get the reat for each day and if you want you can compute the rate for the last 6 months by adding the rates of the 6 months and dividing on 180 days
There is no straightforward answer.
The business rate has averages about 1.45 to the pound and the tourist rate slightly less than 1.44.
That said see if you can get those rates of exchange anywhere it will be virtually impossible. The rates are really only a guide for big business and the travel industry.
