If countries change their reserves from US Dollars to Euro will it affect the value of the US Dollar?
As a layman not very conversant with economics I wish to know

If the shift is sudden the US Economy may be adversely affected. A gradual shift (which is already happening) to a different currency, the US economy will be able to make the necessary adjustments.
Dollar will fall down like a meteor. Euro will go up like a rocket.
