Euro vs dollar relationship?
Why is it said that euro zone is 2nd largest currency behind dollar although euro is stronger than dollar at the moment? Besides, will euro continue to rose like the past few weeks or start to fall again?

US Dollar is the main currency in the world. If you compare GDP’s, and other statistics Dollar is used and it is the most common currency in International Trade. Euro is in second in terms of being used. It is just like comparing two people. One person who is taller than they other might not be stronger than the other.
Why is it said? Because it IS the second largest currency behind the USD.
If I knew the answer to what the exchange rate will be in a few weeks, I could buy Yahoo! Why not buy some Euro futures and place your bet?
Your question would be better said with "continue to rise" instead of "continue to rose".
If you really want to make money in the long run, it looks like a good bet would be to buy the currency of The People’s Republic of China.
In The People’s Republic of China, they own a lot of U.S. bonds, but apparently did not buy the various fraudulent ‘assets’ that the American banks sold.
