Does usage of Dollar/Euro by 3rd world countries impact their value?
For example, Kosovo is an unofficial user of Euro. Or Zimbabwe, who adopted USD. Do these countries affect the balance of money supply? Are they a burden to the European Central bank? Do they cause deflationary effects?
