So…I happen to have a little less than 0k – which I know is a tiny amount for professional capital.
And…that’s why I am thinking on how to raise additional funds. One of my ideas was to start a hedge fund and offer investors the option to open account online and deposit money easily…as if this is some online stock brokerage or forex, etc. I am also rethinking whether it will be a good option to offer some minimum interest rate per annum – like 6% minimum. Personally, I work as a software developer at a relatively big company so creating the website will be free in my case – most money will be spent for legal fees and marketing. Finally, I trade options, stocks and bonds for more than 5 years and 1-2 strategies that look as a safe bet – so offering 6% APY looks achievable. But…you know…the obstacle are obvious (weak ecomony, lowered investor’s trust, no track record…etc.).

Hi. I’m a business administration-marketing student in an average public school. But I somehow more passionate about stock/currency trading.

What are the odds of getting a entry level stock/currency trading job, after I done those things before graduation below?

1. Create a student investment club(my school never had that before)

2. Doing undergraduate research regarding Trading psychology topic, and get published.

3. Pass CFA exam level 1

4. Create an automated trading system(may not be profitable)

P.S. I have trading experience in stock/forex in total of 2 years now.

Please tell me something I can do to increase the odds of getting a entry level trader job, if the above doesn’t make any sense to you.

I’m very interested in buying a Multiple Monitor Computer System, for my Day Trading Business. I use Several Stock and Forex Trading Programs, but I’m tired of using four different computers. All these day traders, on the ifomercials and on Wall Street, seem to have these Multi-Monitor PCs, with only one mouse and keyboard. Where can you get something affordable, like that? I also read about it on Wikipedia, so I know they exist. Someone told me that I could upgrade my existing computer, by installing another video card, but I don’t want to get involved in all of that. I have a Dell 17" Laptop and a DSL Modem I want to backup in case of power failure and to protect from power surges and brown outs. I had a horrible experience being a member of happy traders fx this is my review and rating, I wasted 2 month worth of time and 0 dollars in member subscription fees. I had seen some reviews about how great it was, well it’s NOT and the service is run by a lot of amateurs. And my ,000 forex trading account was reduced to about ,000 they kept telling to stay a member of happy traders FX and I decided to subscript to a second month thinking maybe things will turn around but it NEVER HAPPENED instead I followed the live calls in the room and lost even more money. And the results that are posted on their site are fake and un achievable. So im looking for any addition reviews about happytradersfx and wonder if any other traders think this is a scam that needs to be stopped. Also if you can recommend me another forex trading group that maybe is free or has a really good trading system with a good solid track record please post it! Thank you. Because my online forex trading account is in bad shape…

I have been looking a lot into the Exchange Rate System in the People’s Republic of China, and it’s not very clear whether it’s fixed by the government or allowed to be traded on the FOREX market.

If it is fixed, then what currency is it pegged to, and if it’s not, how are the Chinese managing to keep their currency so low?

I’ve been trading forex for a long time, i’ve learned a lot about technical analysis, indicators, charts and even some of fundamental analysis. i tried many strategies some i found on websites, forums and others invented by me but none of them worked. I know it’s a matter of risk managment too, i’m aware about all of this as i’m not new to forex, but i’ve seen some people in forex tournaments make lot of money, even it’s virtual money but this means they use a successful strategy or maybe a software. I have been in contact with 3 other companies like world market systems. Ultimate Wealth Package, Forex Enterprises and Online America Group. Has anyone had any experience with any of these? The whole affiliated marketing system just doesn’t make sense to me?? Am I not smart enough to figure it out?? Why would ebay or amazon need my page to have a link on it? A lot of talk has been back and forth about this interesting trading system, some say "Bad" others, "it’s true" or "Scam". I would like to hear from those that are actually trading this thing, in particular, the "Russell Sands Turtle Trading" Forex- currencies and followed the exact plan. Can a currency SWAP be used by private investors? NOT JUST COMPANIES. I have money in a bank in Iceland whose currency does not trade on FOREX markets. However my bank is a market maker for the FOREX system used IN Iceland. If i just knew how to best utilize a currency SWAP.

Is there anyone here who uses FAP Turbo and how does it work for you? Does it work fairly well or is it just a scam? Need objective answers please. ok so i was on a forex forum and i raised the question why can i continually use high leverage.i know the risks such as margin call and all the rest…but one guy said that brokers have software to detect if youre overleveraged and will wipe you out….please help what does he mean im gettin scared bow is it something sinister.
so youre saying there nothing the broker can do about me if i use very high leverage but keep on winning.
