Im new to forex but lately have been having alot of success on etoro. Im usually using 50:1 or 100:1 leverage with a stop loss set. I look for trends and lately its been going down so i went short 0 at 1.35is and its at 1.33ish now The EUR/USD. before that also i was in a short trend. What are the chances that i can make big money over the long term in forex? Ive traded stocks using breakouts and band trading with good results and forex is no different.

What’s so good about following your mother? It is told that First, she gave me go signal to have my training with an institution that deals with foreign exchange, and that told me that my training would consist of forecasting the forex. They are located at a place far from our house and they won’t give me allowance. But I really love the training that the institution would be giving me. Then a certain banking institution called me up for an interview, my mother told me to have my training with that bank, which I do not prefer. I followed her and took my training with that bank, but my whole training was a mess.

Second, when I had my menstruation, she asked me not to shampoo my hair, because it is her belief that doing so would cause death. I followed her and I really felt gross for not shampooing my hair for about 5 days.

Now, I asked her to allow me to go with my friends on a concert. She allowed me. So I informed my friends about it and they were so happy to hear that from me. In the evening, when I talked about it with her, she told me not to go anymore. She was worried that I might be held up and shot on my head, just like what happened with a college graduate, since the venue of the concert would be in the concert grounds of a very popular mall far from our place from 8 to 11 in the evening.

Is is still good to follow her? I am planning to go against her will since I think her decisions are not that good. Please give advice. Thank you =)

i made a program with in excel that gets info from the internet based off of that info i have 3 if formulas if all 3 match i get a up or down signal that up or down signal gets sent to my cell phone then i have to log in to my forex account and either get in or out based on the signal my question is this– instead of having excel send me a email to my cell phone can i have excel log in to my owanda account and do the trade for me based off of the absolute location on the screen
so i would have the location of the username and password box with in the excel program so excel would log me in can i do something like this or no?

What do you think about the eur/usd exchange rate in the short term?

Currently the rate is: 1.3532.

Technically, we see a constant uptrend since yesterday…the last our even was formed the so called "tree white soldiers" which is a potential signal for an uptrend. However I am not big supporter of the "technical analysis" since it shows only the current position of the market, but the price is driven by economic events not by charts.
So, talking about economics, here’s the situation about the eur/usd pair:

Euro:
The European Central Bank decided to leave the interest rate unchanged at 3.75% yesterday

USA:
12:30 US Producer Price Index (MoM) (Mar) now:0.6% – was:1.3%
12:30 US Producer Price Index ex Food & Energy (MoM) (Mar) now:0.2%- was:0.4%
12:30 US Trade Balance (Feb) now:.50B -was:.12B

I think the euro is now overbought and as we know from dow jones: "the history repeats". So I would sell to reach 20 pips around 1.35.
