I wanted to know if there were any seasoned traders out there that would give some advise to someone who is new to forex. I have been reading up on stratagies, tips, and how everything works. I have a couple practice accounts and I’m not doing to great. It has only been four months practice. I know forex is not a get rich quick scheme like many internet companies would have me believe, I like the hard work, reseach, and thrill of gambling. I have run into a wall, my searches online are littered with scams, and false info. Can anyone out there recommend a good book? or website with good information? also I am interested in forex robots, can anyone recommend a good program to assist me in trading. I dont expect it to do all the work, just assist me in making better judgments. Thanks for reading.

i am new in this venture and have try many ways that been teaches in books and DVD in my demo account but most of the method , i have came to feel like is not working ,can we really earn a living just by trading forex or is it all about luck ?? i mean if the method teach by all this gurus really work why they took all the time to write books or conduct seminar , wouldn’t it be much more easy if they just spend a few hours a days in forex market and make a big sum of money ??? as most of the book promote a very free style of living and making a handsome amount of money ….

I’m asking this as i will be travelling there end of march…

Just wondering if the exhange rate of the USD will get stronger. Right now USD is about 76 yen per dollar, that is incredibly low! Will it be getting stronger soon? Any ways to find this out?

There are commercial robots, as well as free ones, and you could even design your own without writing a single line of mql4 code…but how often, or how do I know for sure that I need to optimize/re-optimize a forex robot using historical data in metatrader, since the market keeps changing? and what would be the length of time to use to optimize for 1M, 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 4H, Daily charts? thanks!

What will happen to the dollar/euro exchange rate if Europeans decide to dump a lot of US securities they purchased over the years?

I came across a site that talked about forex trading to make money & it took me to a site that sells an automated forex trader, skeptical I googled it & it got good reviews. But if I do purchase this forex trading system what else do I have to do to start making money? Do I have to open an account? What exactly do I have to do? I’m completely new to this. (all criticism & unrelated answers will be ignored v_v)

Can I make money through Forex Trading, if I invest minimum of US0 of my saving? And which currency combination is the best to trade? Kindly let me know.
