I really like to play stock, day strade, swing trade, long short, you name it.
But what is options?
I heard that the risk is so much grater than stock. Also can you earn money by predicting which stock will go up or go down ? Is this option?
Does option trading similar to FOREX?
Sorry, does this means I have to specipy if stock a gonna go down to lets say from $ 9.45 to $ 7.30 SPECIFICALLY. If this is so. It is mighty difficult.
I know a lot of stock prices that is for sure to PLUMMET however to say i have to give a SPECIFIC price ? that is almost impossible ?
for example i you were to invest 1 billion dolars in one single trade would that have a big affection in the trend of the pair, or 500000000 dollars, or 200000000 dollars, or 100000000 dollars, or what ammount of money would be enough to change the trend or affect the price of the pair?

I am brand new to forex and I can’t find this information listed anywhere in any of the introductory courses. They simply aren’t basic enough. Please don’t use the terms long and short because it’s hard to figure out what you’re talking about.

How is the Margin level calculated, and when will they automatically close losing trades?
Is there any kind of exchange rate with brokers in another country? For example, if I am trading a Demo Account with Alpari UK and I reside in the United States, will some of my profits be lost through any kind of conversion through their domestic currency (the pound)? Or, if I invest in say the EUR/USD, will any of my profits be lost through any kind of conversions from the EUR to the USD?
